Star Wars: Divided Blade — Prequel Trilogy
Action-adventure series
The betrayal by his closest friends — orchestrated through Angel’s false god Mathiosus — was the wound that truly birthed Xerathor. The X-Sigil spins not only with grief for Kortnei, but with the rage of brothers who chose dogma over bond.

Darth Xerathor’s origin summary
Once a joyful Jedi named Xenadu, Xerathor is broken by Angel, a hidden Sith Lord who builds a false religion around the god Mathiosus to divide the galaxy. Angel manipulates Xenadu’s love for Kortnei, turns his closest friends against him, and drives him toward revenge. After Ryder’s death becomes his final breaking point, Xenadu falls silent and emerges as Darth Xerathor — a wounded Sith carrying the sabers of those he lost and betrayed.

Ahsoka Tano’s Role
In the prequel trilogy, Ahsoka is the Jedi Master to Xenadu and Kortnei, guiding the two exceptionally gifted young Jedi through the rising tensions of their time. She once felt abandoned and failed by her own master — now she stands on the other side of that equation, carrying the guilt of wondering whether she has done enough. Watching Xenadu fall helps her finally understand both Anakin and Obi-Wan, and Kortnei's heartbreak lets her empathize with Padmé — losses that transform her into the deeply protective master she becomes for Straylus.

Key characters
Xenadu / Darth Xerathor
A joyful, talkative Jedi whose losses, betrayal, and manipulation transform him into the silent Sith Darth Xerathor. After Ryder’s death, he stops speaking and channels the pain of his severed right arm through a summonable Force Ghost Arm marked by X-Sigil runes.
Angel
A powerful Sith Lord who creates the false god Mathiosus and an entire religion to divide the galaxy, fracture the Jedi Order, and manipulate Xenadu through his fear of losing Kortnei.
Kortnei / Xerathena
The person Xenadu desperately wants to protect. After Darthmythios, she becomes Xerathena — a disciplined lone Sith who protects the innocent and executes true evil — while her love and conflict with Xerathor endure.
Ryder
Xenadu’s loyal, mischievous Force-sensitive chimpowean companion, traveling on his shoulder and back throughout the prequel trilogy. Ryder’s death becomes the final loss that silences Xenadu and completes his fall into Xerathor.
Ahsoka Tano
Jedi Master to Xenadu and Kortnei, mentoring the two gifted young Jedi through the rising tensions of their time. Having once felt abandoned by her own master, she now carries the fear of failing her Padawans — and the fall of Xenadu teaches her what Anakin and Obi-Wan both endured.
